approach

Therapy with me is about clear-seeing. My approach is based on the understanding that it is ultimately through non-judgemental awareness - the  willingness to engage with what’s true - that we can elicit change.

My role is to be a mirror for this seeing. Through compassion, deep listening, identifying the patterns that evade perception, and challenging your assumptions, I support you in finding what’s true for you.

I see therapy as a dynamic blend of science and art. My work is informed by contemporary psychological research whilst drawing from existential, narrative, and psychoanalytic perspectives. I also integrate mindfulness, somatic and parts-work practices, recognizing that insight is very often experienced through the body.

My approach is rooted in acceptance, presence and the non-dual understanding that we are each already whole. How can I support in finding and trusting this innate wholeness?

about me

Prior to psychotherapy, I studied literature and spent many years working in the corporate world.

One-on-one work is an expansive experience for me. I deeply enjoy creating a space for openness, curiosity, and genuine encounter.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
